The Prime Minister Mr. Rwezaula Robert chaired the meeting and the meeting started at 02:15 Pm.
AGENDA 1
The Prime Minister insisted to reduce ministry's expenditure and budgets so as to cope with the current amount of income SOSJUT has in hands. He also asked the ministries to receive his advice of paying attention to their budgets and implement according to the agreement of the Cabinet.
Although the members blamed Prime Minister of his call upon reducing budgets, he was still in his stand and resolution were reached regarding his views.
AGENDA 2

1.      The members argued to have the special time table for SOSJUT executive committee meeting rather than meeting at any time of incidence. The president and Prime Minister promised to arrange for it.

2.      To assess the effectiveness of the current almanac for the welfare of the SJUT students.

3.      To insist the general cleanliness of the university’s center including latrines, and study areas.

4.      To promote sports and games at the campus where the ministry concerned should be creative and should involve the students in decisions

The meeting was official closed up by Chairperson of the meeting at 09:30 Pm, thus dispersing to respective dwelling places for studies.
